What is Design Made Easy?

Design Made Easy (DME) is a leading online interior design company, providing design services for vacation rentals. DME works with your company and homeowner’s style and budget to transform the space. When you purchase DME you have access to our talented team of interior designers who custom build your home needs. People use our services from everything from their vacation homes, apartments and even outdoor patios.

When you partner with DME, we will work with you to build your custom inventory that is specific to your homeowner’s needs. The inventory that is selected is at retail cost with a clickable link to take the homeowner straight to the vendor’s website to purchase. If the homeowner would like a custom developed interior design they can contact our Concierge team who will provide the custom design at the low cost of $149 per room.

DME offers a customized value added service to our vacation rental partners. We hand select cost affordable inventory for our partnered homeowners to improve their interiors to increase client sales. All products chosen are at costs; there are no hidden mark-up costs or fees. We provide our application that is styled with our partner’s brand and even provide a marketing video of our services that you can share with your homeowner. All of your homeowners will receive a customized design application that they can download from the App Store. If your homeowner would like a more customized interior design then they can contact our concierge interior design team.

If a homeowner selects your Concierge Service, do they interact with a Designer?

Yes, they will interact with our interior design staff during the entire process and will also work with their property manager to ensure items are picked out that satisfy the homeowner’s needs are shipped and delivered accordingly. As a team we will correspond over your preferred mode of communication whether e-mail, phone or Skype.

What is a clickable shopping list?

Your clickable shopping list within the iPad application is displayed in the “moodboard” and by clicking the bottom right url link, you will be taken directly to the vendor’s website. It may also be printed by clicking on the “save as pdf” link, which will generate an interactive pdf where you can click on the url button and be taken directly to the vendor’s website for purchase. If your homeowner selects the concierge service, then we will share via our DME website where they will be able to see their clickable shopping list and click on the url button for each item. Throughout the process we calculate estimated total costs so your homeowner stays within their budget.

How do I request a refund for the Concierge Service?

DME wants you to love the interior design service we offer. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us at info@designmadeeasy.co and we will work with you to correct any issues that may have arisen during your interior design experience.
